Atlanta Micro Fund Loan Program Orientation
This weekly orientation is one of the first steps in getting started with applying for a loan with the Atlatna Micro Fund (AMF). To apply you need to be an eligible AMF Business loan application, you can find out about these requirements on the Business Loans page.
Individuals who are eligible and interested in our micro loan program must complete the AMF Loan Application Package which you can download below. Loan applications are reviewed and approved by our loan committee.
You just need to complete the following steps in order to apply:
- Attend a 1.5 hour orientation session
- Orientation sessions are held every Tuesday at 11:00am at the Lang Carson Community Center located at 100 Flat Shoals Avenue, SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30316
- Submit a complete loan application package
- Pay a non-refundable $25.00 Loan Application Fee

The Atlanta Micro Fund is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing funding and business management assistance to entrepreneurs establishing small businesses in metro Atlanta.
The Atlanta Micro Fund acts as a Small Business Administration Micro Loan Intermediary. As a loan intermediary, the AMF receives loans not grants to fund the AMF loan pool. The AMF repays its SBA loan obligations through the timely repayment of loans from AMF borrowers.
